Welcome to Feral Little Darling. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Feral Little Darling. We operate this online store and website, including its information, content, features, products, and services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, available at https://ferallittledarling.com/policies/privacy-policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, designs, and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary based on your screen settings, device, fabric color, garment size, printing process, and production variation.

Most Feral Little Darling products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance that are normal to the production process are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, designs, colors, and sizing may change without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit available quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, change, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable products, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, and we may be unable to change or cancel an order once production begins.

If we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address or other contact information provided with the order.

Products purchased from Feral Little Darling are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND PROMOTIONS

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Discounts and promotional offers may have separate requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, or usage limits. Unless specifically allowed, discounts cannot be combined.

The FERAL10 discount provides 10% off a customer’s first qualifying order and is limited to one use per customer. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying United States orders totaling at least $75 after applicable discounts and before taxes.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most products are made on demand. Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier and email us as soon as possible so we can help review the situation.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy at https://ferallittledarling.com/policies/refund-policy.

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or changing your mind, except where required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ferallittledarling@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs.

Do not return an item to the address printed on its shipping label. Products may be fulfilled at different facilities. If a return is required, we will provide instructions after reviewing the request.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Feral Little Darling name, logos, designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, slogans, product names, website design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Feral Little Darling and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes.

Without our written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, publish, display, upload, download, scrape, or create derivative works from our artwork, designs, product images, branding, website content, or other protected materials.

Shopify’s names, logos, products, and services belong to Shopify. Other trademarks appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 8 — CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you own or have permission to provide that content.

You grant Feral Little Darling a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and share submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting our business and products.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, harmful, or that contains malware or another person’s private information.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Feral Little Darling is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the website and ecommerce services.

Sales and purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Feral Little Darling. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, or transactions between you and Feral Little Darling.

Information processed through our Shopify-hosted store may also be subject to Shopify’s privacy practices.
