SHIPPING POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Most Feral Little Darling products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Production times may be longer during holidays, major sales, new product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Available shipping methods and prices are displayed during checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying United States orders totaling $75 or more after applicable discounts and before taxes.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Expedited shipping, when available, may require an additional charge.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities. Your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days. If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ferallittledarling@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or fulfillment.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Additional production or shipping charges may apply if an order must be replaced or reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, contact us at ferallittledarling@gmail.com with your order number.
We will review the tracking information and work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier when appropriate.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check around your property and any secure delivery locations
• Ask household members or neighbors
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Allow one additional business day because some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before arrival
If the package still cannot be located, email us at ferallittledarling@gmail.com with your order number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated. These charges are not controlled by Feral Little Darling and are not included in the product or shipping price.
ORDER PROBLEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Return and Refund Policy at:
